Easilly hooked to the windvane tower through pintles and gudgeons.
A clamp solidly secures the windvane tower to the horizontal axis of the self-steering gear.
Emergency rudder surface: 12 in. by 24 in. (60 x 30 cm) provides a good manoeuvrability.
The emergency rudder can also be used on preexisting self-steering gear. The fastening points will however be different, since no gudgeons are welded on the tower. Please contact us for more information.
